The Best Roofers
"I contacted Manada Roofing because I needed a roofer to work with a solar company (which I shall not name, however I think they make cars). Besides doing a great job replacing my clay roof with cement tiles, Manada provided extra cement tiles in case the solar installers broke tiles during their install. Needless to say, the solar company broke all of the tiles Manada provided and then some. Manada took the extra step to inspect the solar installer's work and restored damaged areas of the new roof caused by the solar company. I will not have a problem calling on them again if I ever need roofing work in the future."

Fantastic attention to detail
"I called 6 different contractors in the area. They either didn't return my calls, or wanted to schedule me for quote months away. Manada roofing was out within a day to give me a quote. After I payed the initial deposit, I had expected it to take a couple weeks to order material (I'd selected an slightly unusual color), and get the permit from the city. Instead, they called me a couple days later, and wanted to start the job that weekend. They had the job done that week. I'm super thrilled with their attention to detail. From every flashing, sealing around chimneys correctly, and even replaced a bit of trim that was falling apart. They patched the plywood where my old roof vents were, and set up the ridgeline for a venting. They even took my replacement attic vent away and covered it in the same sandy material as the shingles! Even the city's inspector was impressed and said that he always sees good work from these guys. I'm thrilled with the result, and I have the best looking roof in the whole neighborhood now! Thanks so much!"

"Raymond was extremely helpful when it came to educating us on the type of roof we wanted to have installed. The metal roof turned out beautifully, and the custom gutters and downspouts finished the job nicely.
